Biography of Jacky Terrasson

Son of a French father and an American mother, pianist Jacky Terrasson settled in New York in 1990. Winner of the Thelonious Monk award in 1993, he regularly records rich, refined music with a remarkable feeling of liberty. He constantly pushes back the boundaries of his art with brilliant, highly-personal compositions that are now more punchy than ever.
