 THE CHAIThe wines age slowly in the first year cellar under the watchful, benevolent eye of Saint Vincent, the patron saint of winegrowers. The barrels are carefully chosen in order to age our two wines, Château Palmer and Alter Ego. Both of these wines begin to develop their unique personality here before being transferred to the second year cellar, which overlooks the vineyard, in order to complete their ageing. |
